Spendgo Loyalty Integration

Bite now supports integration with Spendgo loyalty.
Follow the steps below to enable Spendgo on your Bite kiosks.

Enabling Spendgo Loyalty Integration on Bite Kiosks

  1. The customer contacts their Spendgo Customer Success Manager (CSM) to request activation of the Spendgo loyalty integration on their Bite kiosks.

  2. The Spendgo CSM sends the following information to Bite Support (support@getbite.com):

    1. API Key

    2. API Secret

    3. Account ID

    4. A list of store names along with their corresponding Spendgo store codes

  3. Once the integration is successfully configured for the requested locations, Bite Support contacts the customer to confirm that the setup is complete.
