Scan items to start ordering session

Guests can now scan items to bypass the menu cover and start the ordering session. After the guest has fulfilled all prompts that come up after the menu cover (ie. page navigation selection, dining option selection, outpost location selection, etc), the item scanned will be automatically added to cart.

This feature is available for customers with Android kiosks with scanners on APK builds v1.12.4.
