QR code/barcode authentication for Punchh+Olo

Customers using Bite's Olo and Punchh integrations can now enable their guests to authenticate their loyalty accounts at Bite kiosks by scanning the QR code or barcode from the Punchh app. Additional authentication methods, such as phone number or email and password, are also supported. This feature is available for GCN version 2.9.39 or later.

To enable this feature, please contact your Olo Customer Success Manager (CSM) and request phone number authentication for Punchh. Your Olo CSM will assist you in signing a data waiver. After the data waiver is signed, Olo will configure the setup.
