Prepending parent mod group names for nested modifiers

Customers now have the option to prepend parent modifier group names for nested modifiers. To enable or disable this feature, navigate to the Bite Admin Portal, go to Configuration v2, and select the Menu Appearance Settings tab. From there, set the "Prepend parent mod names for nested mods" field to true or false as needed.
