Phone Number Login Now Available for Paytronix Loyalty on Bite Kiosks
Brands using Bite’s Olo and Paytronix integrations can now offer guests a seamless loyalty experience by enabling login with just a phone number—no email or password required. This streamlined flow makes it quicker and easier for your most loyal customers to earn and redeem rewards at the kiosk.
To enable this feature, please follow the setup steps and coordinate with Olo, Paytronix, and the Bite Support team for configuration:
Customer reaches out to their Olo Customer Success Manager.
Request to enable phone number-only login for loyalty accounts on Bite kiosks.
Customer signs Olo’s Data Waiver form.
The Olo CSM will direct the customer to an online data waiver form, which must be signed. The customer will also need to complete a form acknowledging Phone Login enablement and and granting permission for Olo to activate it in production.
Paytronix completes configuration.
After the waiver is signed, the Olo CSM will coordinate internally to involve an Olo Guest Engagement Specialist. The specialist will contact Bite (support@getbite.com) and the customer via email to coordinate with Paytronix and complete the necessary configuration.
Olo completes configuration.
Once the loyalty provider completes their setup, Olo’s Guest Engagement specialist will finalize the required configurations on their end.
Olo provides confirmation to Bite, and Bite completes setup.
After all configurations are complete, the Olo team will notify Bite at support@getbite.com. Bite will then proceed to enable phone number-only login for the brand and reach out to the customer to confirm.
