Bite customers using our Olo integration can now allow guests to authenticate into their Punchh loyalty account with just their phone number for a smoother, frictionless loyalty experience!
To configure this setting on Bite kiosks, please do the following:
Reach out to your Olo CSM to open a ticket with the Guest Engagement support team to enable phone number login for Punchh. (Olo requires a legal waiver be signed to allow phone number login.)
Reach out to support@getbite.com once the legal waiver has been signed with Olo.
