Guests at Paytronix+Olo locations can now sign in to loyalty by scanning or typing their loyalty card number, not only by phone number. The kiosk looks up the member's phone number from the card and signs in through Olo as before, so earning and rewards work the same way.
New setting
Auth Method (Integrations › Paytronix+Olo) — Add Barcode (the loyalty card number) alongside Phone Number so the kiosk offers both. Ask your Bite team to add it.
