[NEW] LRS table tracker integration for Bite Kiosks

We’re excited to announce that Bite now integrates with LRS table trackers, allowing restaurants to maximize their existing table tracking system for orders placed on Bite kiosks. Food runners can quickly locate customers and deliver orders to the right table, improving service speed and efficiency. Plus, delivery times and wait times are automatically tracked from the moment an order is placed on Bite kiosks, providing valuable insights for smoother operations.

How to Enable the Integration

To activate the LRS integration, please reach out to support@getbite.com or reach out to your Account Manger with the following information:

1. Gateway Serial Number: found on the silver label on the back of the device.

2. Gateway IP address on the local network: found on the Devices tab of the Table Tracker iPad app. (If Gateway IP address is not explicitly provided, then Bite kiosks will attempt to find the IP address automatically.)
