Manager Code for Scanned Items: Choose When It's Required

Kiosks can now protect scanned items without trapping a guest who just wants to walk away. You choose whether staff need to step in when a guest removes a scanned item, leaves the menu with one in the cart, or never.

New setting

• Require manager code for scanned items (Kiosk Settings) — Now a dropdown instead of a checkbox. Never turns the code off. On scanned item removal only asks for a code to remove a scanned item. On scanned item removal and menu exit also asks for one when a guest leaves the menu with scanned items. Your current setting carried over, so nothing changes until you pick a new option.
