We are excited to announce the launch of our LoyaltyPlant integration! Guests with a LoyaltyPlant account can now earn points for their Bite kiosk orders by scanning a barcode or QR code from their app, or by entering their phone number.
To enable this integration, please contact your LoyaltyPlant Customer Success Manager (CSM) and request the integration for Bite kiosks. They will provide us with your Establishment ID and API Key. If you have any questions, please contact us at support@getbite.com.
