Menu items can be added directly to the cart from the menu

Guests can now adjust the menu item quantity and add items directly to their cart from the menu, instead of having to tap open the item. This feature is available for all menu items that do not have mandatory modifier selection requirements or if the default modifiers are already set for those modifier groups with mandatory selection requirements.

To enable this feature, please navigate to Menu Appearance Settings tab in the Bite Admin Portal, check off the Add Menu Item from Menu View, and click Update. This feature is available for biteinc-gcn.2.8.29 or greater.
