Heartland partial authorizations have been disabled

Customers using our Heartland integration had reported issues around the terminal inadvertently authorizing for partial approval amounts, resulting in confusion for the guests and operators. To prevent this, anytime Heartland issues a partial authorization, Bite will now automatically refund it and instruct guests to retry the transaction.
