Gift card and loyalty redemption supported on the same order

Our customers let us know that many of their guests were attempting to use gift cards and also redeem loyalty rewards on the same order. We heard the valuable feedback, and Bite kiosk and contactless solutions can now allow guests to redeem a loyalty reward and then pay for the remainder of the order using a gift card. There is no additional configuration needed for this feature to be activated.
