Enhanced Reduced Height Mode for Greater Accessibility

We’ve upgraded our Reduced Height Mode to support a wider range of maximum height settings, allowing kiosks to better accommodate various countertop and stand heights. This enhancement is designed to ensure a seamless ordering experience for all guests, including those using wheelchairs.

To configure the updated height settings, go to Bite Admin Portal > Configuration v2 > Kiosk Settings > Reduced Height Size and select your preferred option. This new enhancement is supported on the upgraded version of our UI/UX v2 ("vitrine") on builds biteinc-garcon.0.10.29 or greater.
