We are excited to introduce a new feature that enhances the guest experience on Bite kiosks through loyalty integrations. When customers authenticate into their loyalty account at the beginning of the ordering flow on the kiosk, Bite will now recognize them as repeat guests if the phone number fetch from the loyalty account matches a phone number from previous orders. This allows us to provide personalized recommendations based on the guest's previous order history, creating a more tailored and engaging experience.

By leveraging this feature, the need to repeatedly collect phone numbers as customer identifiers is eliminated, simplifying the process of creating and maintaining guest profiles. This not only speeds up the ordering process but also ensures a more seamless and enjoyable experience for your loyal customers.
