Custom image for "deemphasized modifier groups" button

Deemphasized modifier groups button can now have custom images, and different images can be used for each menu item. To configure this feature, please upload the image in the Deemphasize Mod Groups Button Image (1200×800px) field under each menu item in the Bite Admin Portal. This feature is available on biteinc-gcn.2.8.20 or greater.
