Coupon Redemption History report now available

We’ve introduced a new Coupon Redemption History Report in the Bite Admin Portal, designed to give brands a more detailed view of coupon usage across different locations. This report is available at the org, site, and channel-level. The report includes the following key data points:

• Location

• Order Channel

• Single Use Code

• Coupon Name

• Coupon Type

• Coupon Source

• Coupon Amount

• Coupon Applied Date

• Coupon Applied Time

• Bite Order ID

• Order URL

• POS Order ID
