Configurable Kiosk Guest Receipt Printing

Customers can now configure kiosk receipt printing behavior with greater flexibility. You can choose to:

  • Print receipts for all orders by default,

  • Print receipts only for cash orders, or

  • Print receipts only when a guest opts in on the checkout screen.

To update this setting, navigate to Bite Admin Portal > Configuration v2 > Receipt Settings > Kiosk Guest Receipt Mode and select your preferred option.

This feature helps reduce paper waste and minimizes the need to frequently replace receipt rolls, improving operational efficiency.
