Combo Item notation for Brink integration

For customers with a Brink integration, you can now easily figure out which menu items are configured as combo items in Brink after the menu has synced in the Bite Admin Portal. We have added (Combo Item) notation after the menu item name. Combo items can also be searched by typing in "combo" into the menu item search bar.
