Blocked words filter for guest name and special request fields

Bite now offers the ability to filter out blocked words in the guest name or special request fields. To enable this feature, please navigate to the Common Settings tab in the Bite Admin Portal, check the Block bad words checkbox, and click Update. This will block a default list of swear words from being entered in the guest name or special request fields. For the list of default blocked swear words, please reach out to support@getbite.com. Bite also offers the ability to block additional words using the Custom blocked words field.
