Bite Lift - modifier recommendations

Bite now offers modifier recommendations! For example, "extra bacon" modifier can be recommended and highlighted for guests viewing "cheeseburger" menu item. This feature is available for both kiosk and flash on biteinc-gcn.2.6.9 or greater.

To start using this new feature please reach out to support@getbite.com or follow the steps below to set up new modifier recommendation rules:

1. Navigate to the Bite Lift tab in the Bite Admin Portal

2. Click +new recommendation rule

3. Provide a description, select One of the menu items is selected item for the condition, add the items of choice by using the Condition Items dropdown selector, select Recommended modifiers for the effect, and add the modifiers that should be recommended/highlighted for the condition items.

4. After the new rule has been created, add the rule to the Recommendation Variation in use.
