Bite Admin Portal user account creation with email addresses
We’ve recently streamlined the user account creation process in the Bite Admin Portal. You can now easily create user accounts by entering the email address, assigning location access, and defining the role. You can even create multiple user accounts simultaneously by separating email addresses with a comma or line break.
Once the user accounts are created, each user will receive an email with a unique registration link. By clicking the link, users will be directed to a form where they can provide their name, create a password, and set their kiosk access code. After completing the form, the user will be fully registered with your organization and able to log into the Bite Admin Portal.
This update will shortly be followed by Magic Link Authentication. We will provide another update once magic link authentication is live.
