Bite Admin Portal mobile browser UI bug fix

We heard there was a UI bug causing a pain point for customers who were accessing the Bite Amin Portal primarily on mobile devices.

Previously, there was a UI bug that causing only three items to display on the Menu Item tab in the Bite Admin Portal on mobile devices. We have quickly fixed this issue, and Bite Admin Portal users should now see and be able to scroll through all the menu items.
