Menu cover promo feature

Bite customers can now promote certain items or menu sections on the menu cover. When a guest taps the promotion image, the kiosk will take them straight to the item-view or the menu section-view after dining option selection (if applicable).

Either one full width promo image (2048×1138px) or two half width promo images (1024×1138px) can be displayed at the bottom half of the menu cover.
