Barcode scanning for Givex gift cards

Guests can now scan the barcode on the back of their Givex gift cards instead of manually entering in the digits for a faster checkout experience! If your kiosk is set up with a barcode scanner, this feature will work right out of the box on all kiosks on GCN builds greater than 1.35.12.
