Menu Covers Now Require a Fallback Image

Guests won't see a blank menu cover anymore. Portrait covers now need a fallback image, which the kiosk shows whenever a cover's blocks come up empty, for example when a promo ends or a dining option is turned off.
What changed in Bite Admin
Fallback Cover Image (1080×1750px) — Now required when you save a portrait menu cover. Covers built around a single large image or video don't need one. Existing covers keep working and ask for a fallback the next time they're saved.
