Ability to map to Revel custom order options

Our customers with Revel integration provided feedback that they would like to be able to map to dining options to custom order options set up in their Revel, as Bite was previously only syncing the default oder options from Revel.

Now, customers can configure Bite dining options to the different custom order options they set up in Revel by navigating to Integrations > Revel > Dining Options in the Bite Admin Portal.
