Ability to map to custom payment types in Revel

Our customers with Revel integration provided feedback that they would like to be able to map to different payment types on Revel, as Bite was previously mapping all payments to Credit Plus.

Now, customers can configure tender types to the different custom payment types available in Revel by navigating to the different dining options > tender types in the Bite Admin Portal.
