Ability to hide menu sections from the menu

Bite now supports invisible menu sections in the menu! Items that belong to the invisible menu sections can still be ordered, but they will not show up on the menu. Guests can order these invisible items by scanning a barcode on the item or by adding them to cart if the items appear as a recommended item.
